I've found that oftentimes the greatest obstacle to gaining recognition as a musician is the scene you live in. We should all work to support each other out of respect for one another as musicians, and not limit ourselves to the people who can benefit us within our respective scenes.
The idea behind this blog is to promote boundary-pushing music and erase genre constraints brought on by entities, such as "the indie scene." I'm basing this out of Atlanta, GA, but I want to bring attention to both local projects and established artists worldwide.
